Dr. Kenny Bozorgi serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Information Officer, combining the perspectives of physician, healthcare executive, and technology leader to help physicians and healthcare organizations deliver safe, effective, efficient, and patient-centered care. His mission is to equip healthcare providers with the operational, financial, and technology infrastructure needed to thrive in an increasingly complex healthcare environment, allowing clinicians to focus on what matters most - providing exceptional patient care. With more than two decades of executive leadership in ambulatory surgery centers, physician practice management, and healthcare operations, he has led organizations through sustained growth, operational transformation, and technology innovation.

After graduating with honors from Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, Dr. Bozorgi earned his Doctor of Medicine and Master of Science in Medical Informatics from Northwestern University. He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Northwestern University's Prentice Women's Hospital, followed by a fellowship in Gynecologic Oncology at The University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. Before transitioning to executive leadership, he served as an academic physician, researcher, and Assistant Professor of Gynecologic Oncology at Northwestern University.

Dr. Bozorgi has also served on the Board of Directors of Curo Health Services, a private equity-backed national hospice provider, and advises emerging healthcare technology companies developing innovative solutions for surgery center operations, practice management, scheduling, and supply chain management. His diverse clinical, executive, governance, and technology experience enables him to help healthcare organizations leverage innovation, optimize performance, and build sustainable, high-performing practices that improve outcomes for patients, physicians, and staff.

Guita Griffiths has spent more than 25 years at the intersection of healthcare operations, corporate strategy, and physician partnership. Her approach reflects a career shaped by rigorous academic training, complex transaction work, and decades of building and operating successful ambulatory healthcare organizations.

After graduating with honors from Harvard College, earning an MSc from the London School of Economics and a J.D. from Northwestern University, Guita began her career in mergers and acquisitions and private equity at Kirkland & Ellis LLP. She led the acquisition of 900 North Michigan Surgical Center and joined Magna Health Systems in 2000, where she continues to guide the company's strategic growth, acquisitions, joint ventures, and management initiatives.

A Harvard Business School Executive Education alumna, Certified Administrator Surgery Center (CASC), and longtime YPO leader, Guita has cultivated a culture grounded in continuous learning, thoughtful decision-making, and disciplined execution. Those principles continue to shape Magna Health Systems' long-term partnerships with physicians, healthcare organizations, and investors.

Vicky Lasota specializes in transforming operational complexity into strategic advantage for physician-led healthcare organizations.  Over more than 15 years, her career has spanned nearly every aspect of ambulatory healthcare operations, from quality improvement and surgery center administration to revenue cycle leadership, managed care contracting, finance, and enterprise analytics. That breadth of experience gives her a unique ability to connect frontline operations with executive strategy.

As Chief Analytics Officer and Director of Reimbursement at Magna Health Systems, Vicky leads the development of reimbursement strategy, enterprise analytics, executive decision support, and technology modernization across ambulatory surgery centers and physician practices. She has negotiated commercial payer agreements, redesigned revenue cycle operations, implemented enterprise technology solutions, and developed executive reporting systems that transform complex healthcare data into practical business decisions.

Vicky earned her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science from Loyola University Chicago. She is passionate about helping physicians and healthcare organizations leverage modern technology, disciplined operational design, and data-driven decision making to remain competitive while preserving their independence.

Karen Miller brings more than 25 years of executive finance and accounting leadership to Magna Health Systems, with extensive experience building the financial infrastructure that enables healthcare organizations to grow with confidence and financial discipline. Throughout her career, she has advanced through progressively senior leadership roles overseeing accounting, treasury, budgeting, financial reporting, audit, payroll, and enterprise financial operations while leading organization-wide process improvements and financial modernization initiatives.

As Controller for Magna Health Systems, Karen provides executive oversight of financial operations across ambulatory surgery centers and physician practices. Working closely with executive leadership, she leads financial planning, budgeting, treasury management, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance while helping organizations strengthen financial performance through disciplined fiscal management and operational accountability. Her experience includes leading financial system implementations, streamlining accounting operations, improving reporting processes, developing forecasting models, and building scalable financial infrastructure that supports sound executive decision-making.

Known for her disciplined, systems-oriented approach to financial management, Karen specializes in financial stewardship, budgeting, forecasting, process improvement, compliance, and organizational transformation. She is committed to building reliable financial systems that provide leadership with the clarity, accountability, and confidence needed to support long-term organizational success. Karen earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance/Accounting from Purdue University.

Jennifer Olsen provides executive leadership, operational oversight, and strategic consulting for ambulatory surgery centers and physician practices throughout the organization. Working closely with executive leadership, ASC administrators, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams, she develops and implements initiatives that enhance operational performance, regulatory readiness, patient experience, physician satisfaction, staffing stability, and financial outcomes.

Jennifer began her healthcare career as an Emergency Department Registered Nurse before transitioning into ambulatory surgery, where she advanced through progressive leadership roles including PACU Nurse, PACU Manager, Clinical Director, Director of Clinical Services, and Senior Director. Her unique combination of frontline clinical experience and executive operational leadership allows her to bridge strategy with execution, helping healthcare organizations improve efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of patient care. 

With a passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement, Jennifer specializes in multi-site operations, regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness, workflow optimization, leadership development, quality improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. She is committed to building strong teams, establishing standardized processes, and creating sustainable systems that enable ambulatory surgery centers to deliver exceptional clinical and operational performance. 

Michael Fahey brings more than two decades of technology leadership, infrastructure expertise, and hands-on problem solving to Magna Health Systems. His career has centered on helping organizations build dependable technology environments that support daily operations, protect critical information, and make work easier for the people delivering care. With experience across systems administration, networking, virtualization, security, and project delivery, Michael connects technical detail with the operational needs of the business.

As Director of Information Technology at Magna Health Systems, Michael leads the technology strategy and day-to-day infrastructure supporting ambulatory surgery centers. He oversees networks, servers, virtual environments, cybersecurity, backup and recovery, end-user support, and technology vendors. Working closely with leadership and operational teams, he guides technology investments that improve connectivity, strengthen continuity, reduce manual effort, and provide reliable access to the systems and information staff need.

Known for his practical, service-oriented approach, Michael excels at simplifying complex technology challenges and delivering improvements with minimal disruption. He has led major infrastructure modernization efforts, strengthened disaster-recovery capabilities, and implemented secure, scalable solutions across multiple locations. Michael is committed to using technology as a tool for better operations - helping healthcare organizations increase accountability, support sustainable growth, and stay focused on better patient care.
